Rates
Rates published on the Hotel de Reserbay website are valued by the number of nights of stay.
Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking online at reserbay.com
All of our published prices are in US dollars (USD).
All published rates still DO NOT include 16% VAT.
Room rate details are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
Reservations
Reservations can be processed online at reserbay.com and by calling us directly at +52 (322) 228 9423.
Our condos require reservations prior to your arrival.
Reservations are considered confirmed only with Payment or Security Deposit.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 4:00 Hrs.
Check-out is at 11:00 Hrs.
Departures after 11:00 Hrs. will be subject to a charge of $100.00 USD per room.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of $ 500 USD is required
Same that must be paid directly at the condominium, the day of your arrival.
Government-issued photo ID and cash payment of refundable security deposit required at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
0% refund if canceled 29 days or less.
Our seasons
High season: November 1 to April 30
Low season: May 1 to October 31
Thanksgiving: 22 to 28 November
Christmas: 20 to 27 December
New years: December 27 to January 3
Restrictions
NO pets.
NO parties/events.
NO smoking.
